7. Clerks report on matters outstanding

 

  • Pothole near Chez Nous, North Street has been fixed
  • Email sent to Local Policing Team regarding newsletter and a public forum in Middle Rasen.  Newsletter received but no news regarding a public forum
  • Clerk’s salary cheque paid without issue last month so to hold on writing to back 
  • Parishioner informed the council had no objections to her removing the tree near her property on Gainsborough Road 
  • Lincolnshire Landscapes contacted to feather Lime Trees on A46 near Mount Pleasant

 

8. Planning

 

144158 – Land to the Rear of Ainsworth House, Walesby Road, Market Rasen

Outline planning application to erect up to 15no dwellings, with access to be considered and not reserved for subsequent applications.

 

143769 – The Nest, Mill Lane, Middle Rasen, Market Rasen

Planning application for two storey replacement dwelling with intergral garage and workshop, including temporary siting of static caravan and storage container.
